| A note to prospective players about joining the communities |

Please do not request to join the communities for this game until I have received and approved your Character Sheet Post. I'm getting rather tired of seeing mystery applicants in the community queues.
So, no joining the communities until I've approved your character. Anyone trying to join the communities without an approved PC for this game will have their join requests rejected until their character is approved - no exceptions.

The following are some things which may increase the chances of your application being rejected:
* Orphaned characters ("Taking away one's parents is like getting a free pass away from the Banal aspects of the world," to quote one of the Mods. And, as another Mod put it, Rowan Academy is a boarding school; the characters are already away from Mom and Dad -- there's no need to kill them off.)
* Abused characters (see the note in the Character Sheet Post format entry on the mood and tone of this game)
* Characters created solely for combat (this is a social game)
* Tough, rebellious individuals with no regard for authority (this one gets overdone, especially in WoD games, and in a mileau like this one, a character would have to have some regard for authority, even if it's faked)
* Sociopathic characters (this one is pretty much guaranteed to get your app rejected right off the bat)
* Multiple Abilities at 4 or higher (to quote one of the Assistant STs, "a teenager with a 4 in an ability [note, not an attribute] is going to, by necessity, mean that he's done pretty much nothing else, and other things fell by the wayside.")
